I’m a licensed, professional hairstylist and have installed both the Sasha and Relaxed Natural textures in the weft and tape-in form and both have performed beautifully! The Relaxed Natural texture has good density throughout the length of the hair and does not have the thin, split ends often seen on extensions. My salon guests are completely satisfied and so am I.

My rating is for the level of customer service. The unit itself didn’t quite work out for me, but I emailed customer service and was honestly shocked at their resolution process. I received a full refund which I was not expecting. I was aware of their policy and that honestly blew me away. Even though things didn’t work out this time around, I am planning to try out another unit in the future. Over all please support this business, they are extremely integral and stand behind their product 100%.

I used the Jasmine Coil bundles to do a natural sew in and I am hooked! The hair is so versatile, I’ve been able to wear it both straight and curly in so many different styles. It’s soft and manageable and blends perfectly with my 4C hair.
