I have been a patient here for a few years and the practice has gone downhill fast. They do not answer the phones, do not return messages through the patient portal, or voicemails. I’ve been waiting for over two weeks to have my insulin pump supplies order filled. I even contacted a patient advocate from my health insurance and they can’t get ahold of anyone in the office. I’m about to run out of pump supplies and Dr. Jami hasn’t even called back to give me insulin instructions. My pump supplier sent reminders and called the office as well with no success. This office needs to be closed.

Can never get a hold of the office to schedule an appointment, long waits, if you have an medical question or concern you can forget about it! And once you have an appointment, they call you to either cancel or reschedule it! office needs a better system!

Getting someone to answer the phone is next to impossible. I've called for weeks on different days and different times. Including the times that say "usually not busy". I think they need to hire another person just for phones. They don't have enough people. Must be a Florida thing. Once you are physically in the office and seeing a doctor the experience is nice enough.
