Poor cable service: goes out for hours/days and still costs the same. The availability of customer service is poor at best. Landline phone service is riddled with foreign telephone solicitors. Spectrum/Charter cable is overpriced, over rated and Sux.

Worst experience e er in customer service. Only 2 employees for more than 10 customers. The only thing that I needed was to pick up a modem. I have been waiting for more than 45 minutes. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!

The location for Spectrum on 934 E. Centerville Rd. is closed they moved too a New location that's far.
Yes you can, just be prepared to wait, the last time I was there waiting for about an hour before they got to me.
