Terrible terrible customer service and experience, they need to do better. The cashier working the front 08/01/2022 evening is just terrible, extremely rude. The level of disrespectful customer service is unacceptable. No greeting, rude face and demeanor. The prices were incorrectly, dirty water on the floor. I'm just appalled and disgusted as an African to see the business run this way. I drove 30 minutes for this terrible experience. Just waiting for a forward thinking person to disrupt the African market space, we need an overhaul. Tired of such nonsense.

I always get them to pick my calls. Guesss am always lucky then. I however know that they are extremely lucky to have too many customers, hence they are short of staffs to receive calls while there is a long que.

Very rude and uncouth people in their customer services especially the ones that take the calls. Their egusi is always filled with sand and when you tell them about it their answer is “ that’s how they supply us” does that make it okay? And they’ll further lie no one has complained, of course many others complained that’s why you had an answer for it.
