I bought what I think is an expensive desk chair and the protection plan. I have had issues (safety included) with the chair for a few months. I have owned the chair for less than a year. I have contacted Star and the Protection Plan Company and have just been informed that they will not do anything for me. The bearing on the rollers keep finding there way to my floor and the chair is very unstable. The time it took to submit a claim was cumbersome and very time consuming.

Waited nearly a year to get a delivery date, and then another four months to get my completed order. 15 months later I finally have my 2 chairs, and one of them wobbles. I regret spending my money here.

Purchased a mattress and base, items were delivered. However when setting up the base grease got on the rug. Called the delivery people to put in a claim, however it was denied. NO one will take responsibility to clean the grease spot but they charge 199.00 for delivery.
