I love how this clinic treated me well, they’re all wonderful and will take care of you in everything they can. They gonna watch you closely to make sure everything with you is alright. I love my experience and definitely recommend this clinic to everyone. I will come back for sure. 😇

Physician was rude and 30-40 minutes late after scheduled appt. Receptionist had to verify insurance and debated with me about current/active insurance vs. an expired insurance (over a year old; ex husband military) Had a reoccurring issue(cyst) and physician claimed I could not be seen because 6 months previously I had same issue occur and had an exam in ER. She considered an ER visit 6mths prior was the reason I could not get exam for a present-day issue. Never in my life have I been dismissed without treatment with active insurance. Never! Exam table looked like it was bought off marketplace. There was "Dawn" dish soap instead of antibacterial hand soap. All supplies were out in the open to be tampered with (pap smear supplies, ph sticks, culture swaps). Just not my type of Dr. office. Leaving after being told what she could NOT do, was the best decision ever. Also, did not ask me if it was ok for a student to be present.

I didn't get a good experience like the other comments and if I could they wouldn't get no stars!!! My first visit there the physician was very rude and unprofessional, this lady came in the room off the jump yelling at me and being very loud and rude hollering at me for no reason!!! I was looking for a good doctor to go to (moving back to Dallas from Austin) and the physician was horrible! She also scheduled me to come back the following week for what I was going for (driving from Austin), before I went that week I constantly called them to ask about everything and my appointment they never answered until the day of my appointment and told me that I would have to reschedule! I rescheduled to come back two weeks from that day with the receptionist then the physician called me back demanding me to come that following week (after I explained everything to them) again (with gas being very high and me driving from another city)! I cancelled it and found a much better place in Austin and they did way more and gave me a lot of information to help me and also my paperwork to have with me, and guess what I didn't have to pay nothing my first visit everything was free and they also gave gifts as well, very respectful and understanding! I'll be moving back to Dallas soon and they will also be helping with the right place to go to!! Also I called this clinic back to get my paperwork that they have since we paid out of pocket almost 300 and they got it to where I can not reach them!!!
