I recently was involved in a auto accident and lost my car and job since then i have been trying to get some help It’s literally like no one works here whats the point of having a office if you can never get through over the phones i have been calling for weeks about my benefits they always have a busy dial tone and then it just hangs up this os the worst office i ever had to deal with its like they don't care about the people that need the help.

Made a mistake on my claim so I filed an appeal and no email back or anything. I was given a ticket number, been waiting about 3 months for my ticket number I go on the ticket tracker and they went through my ticket number without calling me or sending an email, I tried calling them and their phones are shut down. How can this be a service to the people when they dont contact you or have their phones shut down. This is pathetic.

Yes I would try that and u can email them they do respond I hadva problem with my uc and they fixed let me look into it

Call them to reset your username/password. You'll have to provide info to verify its actually you (DOB, SS#, Address, maybe even copy of ID) but after that you will be able to reset the info with them.
