SCAM! Terrible customer service. The “insurance” they sell to you in order to drive of the lot is not FULL COVERAGE. It doesn’t cover you as a driver AT ALL, only their car.. Which seems illegal, I thought you had to have full coverage to drive off. Everything about this place is SHADY! Save your money, and go somewhere else! -5 STARS

So on yesterday July 9th I took my daughter to this place.. They made us jump through all kinds of hoops only for her to not get a car. They wanted $1,000 down for these old cars. So we went down Forest Ln and BOOM.. She has a 2019 Malibu with low mileage, 2 years warranty, gap insurance and $750 down and all they need were her pay stubs. It's always some janky place like this trying to get over.

Yes they can
Nice cars kinda high mileage kinda reasonable prices.. But they do fix your vehicle if anything is wrong. I mean anything.. oh. Except oilchanges get your own even tho it comes with purchase you still have to pay for something.. Do a well walk around of vehicle get discount if needed! Test drive vehicle longer than they give you and check your fluids. Ask for inspection information as well.. That's it I think overall they are good for reliable vehicle!
They sent an uber to pick me up. They will make sure you get there.
3 paycheck stubs and your down payment. They have been great to me not sure about the other persons experience. I spoke with Fernando over the phone, faxed over information, got approved..really got approved not that come and and we will see if we can approve you song and dance..I went in and confirmed information sent, chose a vehicle and drove off lot....

Their minimum down payment is $699. They will pull your credit to see if you have any recent bankruptcies or open car loans. They say your proof of income, address and identification is all you need. Don't believe the hype. Ask about an Uber or Lyft before you pay for one yourself. After, I came out in 100 degree weather and paid for an Uber in rush hour traffic, the true facts became apparent. Listen to what they tell you and also what they don't tell you. Get your documents in order before you go and better yet, apply online if you can.
Yes they report to all credit bureau's when you make your payment. Yes they offer gap insurance. Call them & they will answer any & all questions.
