This bank is okay as long as I’m going to the ATM. Every single time that I go on the inside I am always waiting. I don’t know if it’s because because I’m a black male or they are just dunce. The front desk tellers stand around and converse with each other and ignore the fact that I’m standing there and I have to make my presence known. This has happened the last three times that I went on the inside. If this happens one more time I am moving on elsewhere to another bank.

I am surprised to be giving a big corporation 5 stars. As of late, it just seems like we have been let down by several banking/CC institutions. Crystal and Arica at Chase were beyond helpful this week. My wife and I had a savings account that was mismatched to our checking, and we were getting charged a significant monthly fee. She was able to refund the fees, switch the account, and even helped us refund our checks (since the account we should have had comes with free check books). Thank you Chase for treating us like real people and not an account number!

Mistakes and policies that are costly to consumers. Uses practices that are designed purely for profit...everything they advertise or say for customer benefit has a price tag on it. The only one can benefit outside of unwritten required services we low income participant must endure is those who can afford to pay unaccounted feeds. Teller messed up gave me two money orders then had to deposited back in my account causing a freeze because all the funds tied up in her mistake now has to deal with social programs because of her mistake....bank did there part to clear up mistakes now the wait counting to see if any negative fall out from it.😁
