I have been attempting to receive a wire transfer for a paycheck for TWO weeks. I have spoken to MULTIPLE people asking for help as to why the transfer is being rejected. I finally was explained that my account doesn’t support wire transfer. It is totally unacceptable for me to be taken in circles for weeks when this could’ve been fixed after the first attempt being rejected. Very upset with how the customer service line handled this situation.
Van Strength
Drive thru is always fast and efficient (just don't get behind a pickup full of workers cashing checks on a Friday). The inside team is great and recognizes regulars. It's a full service bank that doesn't charge fees like most banks.

Washington's Birthday, is my guess
Slow service in lobby, poor customer service in not being at the very least acknowledged. Happened again this past Thursday. I didn't have time to go to another location this time either.
