Absolutely horrible. The atms never work. The last time it ate my card on a deposit. Still shows pending. I was stuck in the drive through . 10/10/22 for 30 minutes. Drive through next to me had same problem. Manager eventually came out. I mean eventually. Chose another bank lol.

I walked into the lake Worth Texas branch on Saturday 7/9/22. I was inquiring about opening a business account. I had already called customer service and was told they couldn’t help me and I needed to go to a branch. After I sat in the lobby for 20 minutes A man finally came over and asked if I had an appointment. I said no I don’t have an appointment I just have a couple of questions about opening a business account. And he told me to hold on and went to the person next to me and asked if they had an appointment and they said yes. So he asked me if I could make an appointment and I said I just have a couple of questions about the necessary documents before I make that appointment so I can come with all of the documentation needed. He said what are your questions and I said can we please speak in private and that is where his attitude changed. He made it abundantly clear that he did not want to speak to me in private unless I had an appointment. He reluctantly obliged and we stepped into a cubicle and then he spoke down to me. I shouldn’t be forced to talk about my money in front of strangers. Also If i ask my banker to speak privately regarding my funds I should be offered that privacy in the same way that your offered privacy in your doctors office. He was standing around when I got there and he could’ve spoken to me before his appointment even arrived. Lastly, It should not take three days to be able to speak to someone regarding opening a business bank account. Chase is obviously too big for their britches.

Protective Dad Pranks

I love everything about this location. Easy to get in and out of. The staff is absolutely amazing! So much I must reiterate THE STAFF IS AMAZING! I’ve been to a few Chase locations and none of them can come close to the Lake Worth location. I don’t know if this is normal but the branch manager calls me at least twice a year to check on how I like doing business there. Is that great customer service or what!?
