Hey Mil, I'm afraid we don't service electrical systems on bicycles or scooters unless they are manufactured by Giant (we are a Giant bicycle dealer). You might have some luck at Hybrid Pedals in Virginia Square - Google lists them as permanently closed, but it seems they just renamed the place. - JM
