We were only in the business for 30 mins on a Sunday. Even the manager was too busy on the floor assembling chairs to help me and my daughter. We didn’t make a fuss about the lack of assistance. We noted it and decided I will be shopping else where for my home office.

I suggest that you call the store directly.
It is best to call even if you email and attach a file. They do better with directions about what you want. I sent a file via email but followed up with directions. Glad I did. They did a great job.
