I made the appointment online. I needed their shuttle service. Nowhere did it state that there is a 10-mile radius limit. When it came time to return to the dealership I was told they would not be able to pick me up. This was about 5:00. After I complained, they did provide the service. They also said *Sorry* but they would be closed by the time I got there; I learned later that they were open until 7. I had received an email for 25% off, and told the Service Tech this. She agreed and did say there was a $150 limit. When I got the invoice there was no discount taken; I’ve made one phone call and need to call again to get the refund.

They were very nice at first until there was an issue. They were supposed to make an appointment to have the car look at and never did and then told me to make it myself. Their original inspection completely missed a control arm and bushing issue which I had to take to Fort Worth to have it fixed. They are attentive when trying to sell, but once they have you on the hook they don't care anymore. 2 stars for the finance department having it together. They made it easy.

Hello, I believe that the sales department is open until 9 pm on Saturdays, but parts and service is open until 5 pm. I don't know if they will let them list the hours of each department. The hours typically vary between service/parts and sales at most dealerships. Service and Parts Hours: 7am-7pm Monday- Friday (inquire if open on holidays.) 7am - 5pm Saturday. Closed Sunday
Usually the tint for entire vehicle is 299 for new cars. I think is is going to be little less than that
Keys vary in pricing by the vehicle or if the key needs to be programmed. You can call in with your VIN and someone will help. If you are just needing a key cut they will need to verify your photo ID and insurance card/title, this is required by state law to ensure they are cutting the key for the owner of the vehicle and not just anyone.
