We have always had robust quality assurance and safety standards in place and continue to follow guidance set by the CDC as well as our Total Quality and Food Safety Team. As a result of COVID-19, we have reinforced our standards and added new preventative steps, including all employees wearing masks or face coverings, everyone completing a wellness check, including a temperature check, upon arrival to work and frequent use of disinfectant. Ugh...I know how annoying this can be because I've had it happen before but never at Red Lobster! I agree with Adam ask for the manager explain your situation and I'm positive the situation will be immediately resolved!!!

Absolutely hands down the worst place to eat ever! Way over priced and food has basic flavor at best...the lobter look like jumbo shrimp! Greatest disapointment
