I will never go to this place again. It is a waste of time. They did nothing for me and told me to go home and practice self care. I was so sick already for a week and a half. Two days letter I ended up at another urgent care and needed two shots and antibiotics. Because I was sick for so long it caused me to have an ear infection that ended up causing me to have vertigo. I suffered from vertigo for a month. I had to have help so my husband had to miss work. I eventually ended up at the ER. Just sayin!

This was my favorite place to go. That is no longer the case! Since Kaweah took over absolute worst place ever! I wouldn't take my dog there for care. I gave one star because I had to.

I wish I could put zero stars because I would. I went in 2 days ago because my throat and tonsils were extremely red and swollen.. it was uncomfortable to breathe, trying to swallow would put me in tears and I could not eat. The female dr. Tested me for strep and covid and they both came back negative so she sent a strep test out of office to be tested and said the results would be back in 3 to 5 days. Then said she could not treat me unless it came back positive. Also there is nothing she could do for me. That night I was in extreme pain. The next morning I went to urgent care on court and was treated for tonsillitis. Thank you so much for the dr. On court street knowing what he was doing. He started me on antibiotics and I am feeling better. I will never go back to the office on ben Maddox. It was a complete joke. She didn't even look at my throat. She just did not care. If you don't want to help people. DONT WORK IN THE MEDICAL FEILD
