The most authentic north indian food I have had in the US. Very sweet and hard working folks and the taste is unbeatable. Highly highly recommend - we ate here while going to Joshua Tree National Park. We plan to come back :)

The food was great, location was questionable. We missed it when we drove past the location on the map. The food truck is behind another restaurant. That road facing restaurant looks almost run-down and closed, but this little place is tucked behind said restaurant. So be mindful of that and don't miss it. There is dine-in available next to truck with AC. Though when we visited during the brutal heat wave, it wasn't enough to cool things down. The folks inside the truck work hard, so please tip them all well, if you do like the food.

Amazing Indian food in middle of SoCal... totally lives up to the Dhaaba name. Food can be a bit spicy so ask for Non spicy option upfront. Surprisingly, dal Makhni was a bit let down. Paneer gravy was amazing.
