Eileen made an appointment with me to do my eyebrows. I was on time for the appointment. She has no receptionist. After 6 minutes I asked a woman in the back if Eileen was there. She said she would be right with me. After 20 minutes waiting I went to my car. Eileen came banging on my car window, opened my car door and told me that I had cancelled my appointment. I said I had not canceled and she showed me a message from another person with my name. I asked her if she had two people with my name scheduled at the same time and date. She did not answer me. Unprofessional and odd. She started brow beating me and said it’s 2022 and no one has a receptionist. It’s fine with me as long as the salon has the person text or come right out at the appointed time to bring me into their room. Eileen was obviously not in the office because she was shopping. Her arms were full of packages. She is not a nice person.
