Great place, in the past it’s been difficult to workout while vacationing on the outer banks. It’s easy and convenient. I used to have to go to planet which was not ideal. Fairly priced with that old time gym feel im accustomed to from working out back in the old days. I can’t say enough how how happy I am that this establishment is available. The high point of my trip is to get up early before anyone else and get on down there. We usually stay in the Rodanthe or Salvo area. Right near the food loin to boot, pick up any necessary supplies and head back. Thanks to the owners for the valuable service they offer.

Great gym! Signing up for a week pass was so easy and affordable. Open 24/7. Gym was never busy, always clean, had everything I needed and the locals were very friendly. I will definitely be back when I’m in the area.

Too b honest I can't tell u that. The owner can I was there for a week . She took care of us while we were there. The rates were good for a 24 hours gym . Has everything u need while on vacation .

We offer a few different passes. 1 day.....$15 3 visit pass w/ 24 hr access.....$35 7 day unlimited use pass w/ 24 hr access...$50
1 day pass is $15. We are there from 9-7.
We have a few diffrent options 1 day use....$15 3 visit pass w/24 hr access....$35 7 day unlimited w/24 hr access....$50 You will need to stop in during office hours to get your membership and door fob, then you will have 24 hr access.
