The staff here are amazing! I had an issue with back to back appointments, and Frank at check in got me back immediately. Also, Angel who was performing my tests was nothing short of a godsend. Thank you all very much for understanding my circumstances and going above and beyond!

I had a fantastic experience. Right away, there was someone in the garage parking lot offering directions to my specific appointment location. This was so helpful because the Perelman Center is huge and it was nice to have someone directing you right after you got out of your car. Found the neuro center with ease, a very friendly man named Matthew helped me right away to get checked in. He was very informative and quick. I felt completely safe in the waiting area. The seats are spread out and other social distancing measures enforced. My only suggestion is maybe bottled water so patients do not need to use the water foundation during COVID. However, Matthew got me a cup right away so it was not a problem at all. The wait was short. The MA, Tamika, was very nice and friendly. Dr. Gandelman and Dr. Wolf were so kind. As a medical provider myself, I know the pressures of needing to see multiple patients in a short time. I never felt rushed by either of them and they answered all my questions. Dr. Gandelman did an extremely thorough examine and she had a detailed answer for every question I had. I was really concerned coming in and I appreciate how safe and easy of a process it was. I left feeling very reassured.

I have never had a poor experience here. Courteous staff, never wait long to be seen, my neuro practitioner, who is a CNP, is informed and appears genuinely invested in my receiving the best treatment. When I message her, she response in a timely manner every time. I am very happy here.

Yes. I believe patient parking starts at $5. (There’s valet attendants. I don’t know if they cost more or if they’re part of the process.) However there is a lot of construction going on so arrive very early. https://www.pennmedicine.org/for-patients-and-visitors/penn-medicine-locations/perelman-center-for-advanced-medicine/patient-and-visitor-information/directions-and-parking/parking
