IF I COULD RATE THIS ENTIRE OFFICE A NEGATIVE NUMBER I WOULD HAVE!!!!!!! LOCATION 3701 MARKET ST IS UNBELIEVABLY TERRIBLE. THE PATIENT REPRESENTATIVES THAT SIT AT THE FRONT DESK AND ANSWER THE PHONES ARE EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL, UNDER-QUALIFIED & IT IS THE SAME WOMEN ON EACH SHIFT THAT PRESENT THESE UNCALLED BEHAVIORS. DR HOLLY CUMMINGS IS JUST ONE OF THEIR GYN’S AND I WOULD SPECIFICALLY ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMEND HER NOR THE OFFICE SHE IS LOCATED, TO ANYONE ON THIS PLANET!!! SHE CONSTANTLY HAS 0 TO NO AVAILABILITY TO EVEN SEE HER PATIENTS. DR CUMMINGS AND OR THE NURSES AT THIS OFFICE COMMUNICATE HORRIBLY VIA THE PENN MED APP. IVE GOTTEN RESPONSES MONTHS LATER, PLEASE DO NOT SELECT THIS OFFICE FOR ANY REASONING IN THE WORLD!! Please

I've been seeing my current gynaecologist for over 3 years for my annual exams, pap smears, contraception options etc.She is a great doctor. She listens patiently and takes the time to address all the concerns. That being said, only issue I have with this practice is that it is difficult to schedule an appointment. The doctor is hardly ever available when you want to see her and then you have to wait for the practice to call you back when the doctor's schedule is open for booking and even then it'll be a month or two before you actually get an appointment. It's impossible to schedule an appointment over the phone because you'll end up on hold for 30mins to an hour only to be told that you'll be added to the waitlist if anything opens up. If only they had a better scheduling system. Given the pandemic, most appointments are by telehealth, which is ok, except it still takes forever to get an appointment. But what i'm disappointed with the most is the response time. i had an appointment, was prescribed medication and I emailed a follow-up question a month later. It says on myPennMedicine that it typically takes 24-48 hours for a response. It took 11 days. All I got was a message saying my question has been forwarded to the doctor for review. Edit : 07/2022 Did not have a single bad experience throughout my pregnancy. I did not see the same doctor twice for my prenatal care, but all doctors in this practice are equally capable. I was able to get immediate appointments with a doctor /RN and all my concerns were addressed immediately over the phone or the messaging in mypennmedicine app.

I honestly don't know why they are rated so low. Customer service is good, everybody inside was so nice and welcoming, the place is clean. It was my best 1st pregnancy journey ever! Pam Lee delivered my baby and believe me when I tell you she is the NICEST! I felt like she was family. On one of my last appointments before I gave birth I wasn't feeling well and told the lady to give me a trash can, almost all the team came to me after to give me water and make sure I was ok. What can I day more... They make me wanna get pregnant again & again. Most of my friends & family who have kids told me not a lot of places treat you so good like that.

I dont really have any good things to say. we ignored the review and gave the clinic a chance because we had a really great experience with Penn's IVF fertility clinic in 3701 market street -- but we had the most uncomfortable experience at their OBGYN department. Both the doctor and nurse kept separating me and my husband individually into different rooms THREE times and asked me FOUR times if my husband physically abused me. i asked for water multiple times so we can start my urine test, and they were focusing so much on trying to get my husband arrested for physically abusing me that they forgot about my water and my urine test by the end of the visit. the front desk lady was rude and kept smirking and talking about us while we were there. .... all these ordeals because my husband wasn't able to wear his mask over his nose due to his lung condition per his doctor. They ended up putting us in a separate room to wait, which i was ok with because their mask policy is their policy. But I never felt so uncomfortable in a doctors clinic before. It felt like they weren't focusing on what I need as a patient, but more on trying to arrest my husband for the abuse that I kept telling them never happened. I asked another PENN OBGYN doctor at a different location, she said asking a patient if they were physically abused is not part of PENN's OBGYN visit procedure. When I am huffing and puffing delivering my baby, I need doctors and nurses who is going to focus on my needs rather than trying to arrest my baby's father. Its an unfortunate, because I really had a greAT experience at their IVF department in 3701 market street, and their OBGYN was highly recommended to me by the IVF nurses.

Yes they do.
Parking is in the garage next door, with entrance on Filbert Street behind the building next door to 3701. As others have said, the cost is $5 with validation from the practice. Just pay at the desk and then take your voucher down to security for a ticket that will let you out of the garage.
