They have a lot of stuff on the website that they don't carry in the store. This is not normally a big deal with stores, but when you have 12 different versions of the same flush mount light in different sizes on display, but completely lack any version of others, it might be time to reconsider the layout of the store. On top of this, we have found several lights on their website that are $400-500, but the exact se light at a hardware store or on Amazon is about $70. Recommended only for finding the type of light you want, but if you can find that light anywhere else, you'll pay 1/5 the cost for the se thing.

Excellent service & quality product. If you want to find what you are looking for, this the place. Needed the correct shade for an antique lamp and they had it!
