I have minimal problems with the place. However there are staff members that have no respect for an individuals privacy. The night staff named emma is the individual that I am calling out. There is a director who stated that she will talk to a person regarding privacy stating they will converse to all staff members in regards privacy.I guess the director did not do such because emma for the 3rd time has yanked down the blanket that I had up for privacy. In order to change clothing.

Security extremely unprofessional. They’re hostile, abusing their 7$ a hr power, lying on people once you check them on their unprofessional conduct. 1st time there and the security lady (Tay) was yelling at everyone before I stepped inside the building. I understand you have a job to do, and respect that nonetheless it’s not “What you say it’s how you say it”. Death lady didn’t understand Tay (the security officer) yelling at her until someone else informed her of the lady’s disability. If your truly a professional, upon looking at the lady it was clear she had a disability (she was wearing hearing aid and a neck brace.) Security officer Tay very very unprofessional. She waits Until I get upstairs , go tell her supervisor lies, and Gary tells the supervisor I stood up and used profanity out loud LIES. If I used profanity, or was hostile why escort me upstairs to see someone? Then once the supervisor came up to speak to me he discovered that they were lying! I was still escorted out. New to the city, all around the world here about the stigma Philadelphia have, all I’ll say is seeing is believing. Scotland Yard security company need to update their work ethics and give classes on professionalism and etiquettes, You give ignorant people a lil power and they abuse it!

Yes they do! And there are people who can help with support in finding housing and education and health care. It's a great to get a start for a new beginning.
