CURRENT TENANT MUST READ CAREFULLY The maintenance workers are sitting around here having sex with the residents and the maintenance DO NOT WORK ON ANYTHING IN THE HOMES I’m older so I don’t have to worry about it but my neighbors tell me things about the managers are nasty they treat these young tenants like they are trash these younger tenants NEED new appliances new floors they need to send a higher management to check it out or maybe the state to check out the conditions of some of these homes. The managers mess with the rent amounts and are not professional at all ! It’s just not right what they are doing !!!!! I’m just speaking my mind and hope things can get better around here

The complexes are nice and very affordable I will says it’s just the workers they need to get rid of otherwise it’s nice I guess not something I will stay for years
