I was able to work with the right person to get the issue rectified within one hour of my initial call with Autumn. It's great to get that level of service for even small problems from a big corporation that still helps customers with that local banker attitude. I do not have an account with them. I only cash out my college checks but the ladies who work there are excellent. They are very caring and customer service is the best. I anticipate going there every quarter.
