Last night they had their second dryer fire that I know of. I saw the firemen tip out a cart of laundry on the sidewalk and hose it down. They have multiple washers and dryers with out of order signs. It's dirty in there. They don't have an attendant.

The washers are broken. I put my clothes in one that DID NOT HAVE AN OUT OF ORDER SIGN, yet it's leaking on the floor. The two big washers don't have water running to them. The windo is broken into he front and no one answers when phone when you need you have complaints. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE, GO AROUND THE CORNER TO VANVRANKEN

Is there anyone that ever works here? The sign and website say there's drop off service. Both numbers are dead lines and no one's ever there. It's fine if you did away with the drop off service. But if that's the case take down the advirtising for it!
