Usually enjoy food from this establishment and the experience. The girl at the counter has always been very respectful and kind. However today 30 wings and 12 cut pizza. BAD DECISION decent but not as good as it’s been (normal, happens) …We're so sorry, Redd. Please know we shared your feedback with our staff and we're working to fix the situation. This is certainly not the kind of experience we want to leave on the customers. Hope you will join us again so that we can serve you in a better way.

The food ordered took more than an hour and a half to arrive and the order was wrong when it finally showed up. They sent a 12 slice when we ordered a party pizza for a family gathering. When I called, they asked if we touched the 12 piece they erroneously gave us and told they wanted the the pizza back….Crazy! We are currently waiting for the party pizza to be delivered. The customer service when we called was poor and you could hear the man in charge in the back ground yelling. We will not be ordering from Empire again.
