Center of Hope is a very good resource for people who may be struggling a bit. They are able to help you set goals and make an action plan that will best fit your needs. The people there are very warm and friendly.

Michlle Phillips, I don't believe they will pay rent, but they do help with utilities and groceries. And they provide referrals to other help agencies as well. They have an on-site food pantry and they are very generous and gracious. They also serve a hot meal daily, which is provided by area churches and service organizations, totally free, for anyone in need. I know they used to also help with medical prescriptions, but not sure if they still do. Manna will also help with utilities, food and medications, and they have clothing and shoes that were donated and are offered to anyone in need. Both groups are very kind and very helpful.

The Hope Chest, an extension of the Center of Hope, receives clothing and household items. They are a resale shop, but also provide resources to Center of Hope clients.
