Absolutely horrible! well I thought I would go to Sims lumber to give them my business rather than go to Lowe's or home Depot. I stood at the counter for 5 or 10 minutes three or four people walked by me on their phones and nobody even acknowledged me wow! what customer service. will never darken their door again.

I've visited Simms on multiple occasions because they are very close to my home so it's convenient and one of their employees is my neighbor. That doesn't in any way sway my reviews though as anyone that knows me can tell you that I call it like I see it. I've always found exactly what I needed at this store. They greet you as if your family. I don't usually ask for a veterans discount when I go in a store but the cashier here saw that I was wearing a cap that had USAF on it and asked for my VA card and applied the discount. I went to 2 of the big name stores that offer veterans discounts and found out that the discount doesn't apply to lumber? Go figure... they are lumber companies. Very friendly atmosphere at this store, they treat you with respect, prices are reasonable, store is always clean. They will get all of my business!
