I wish I could rate zero. Below are exact events without exaggeration. 2 weeks ago I return a pair of shoes and buy another. It takes 2 associates and a manager 20 minutes and 4 receipts to ring it up right. Today I wait in line for 23 minutes on a 5 minute ammo shopping trip. When I finally get to a register the associate doesn’t know how to ring me up with my academy card and calls for a manager. Ironically enough he asked if I wanted to sign up for a card to start. I would hate to see that process. I just walked out. I’ll drive further and still save time at another location.
