TD Bank ATM

Their simple checking has 2 options, 1) to keep a certain minimum balance of around $100 i believe, and 2) or no minimum balance and a $6 monthly "maintenance fee", which honestly is pretty cheap for normal banks. I think you might have to have either $25 or $50 to get one started, but i can't remember exactly. They're a really good bank, and if you're a student there might not be any fees at all.
