Zero sense of urgency. Went to get a wire for closing on my home. Stopped at once branch who kindly let me know they were busy so made a phone to the gorham branch who said they had 3 members who are available to assist me to only show up as they were expecting me and be told to sit down and wait for over a half hr. Their simple checking has 2 options, 1) to keep a certain minimum balance of around $100 i believe, and 2) or no minimum balance and a $6 monthly "maintenance fee", which honestly is pretty cheap for normal banks. I think you might have to have either $25 or $50 to get one started, but i can't remember exactly. They're a really good bank, and if you're a student there might not be any fees at all.
