5/17/22- while I am sure the staff at the store is just as good as last time, I just wasted 15 minutes trying to place an order; first with an automatedsystem, then with some sort of "call center." When it reached the point that I was told I could not add a tip for the driver, nor write one on my credit card slip, I cancelled the transaction. This fiasco falls solely on the shoulders of the company itself and does not reflect on the store. (Feb. 2022)Greg was very helpful and friendly, even though they were short staffed and as busy as you'd expect on a Friday night. Thank you for the excellent customer service!

With an updated version of the app it's like any other great experience simple and quick direct and to the point! And the menu, "Pizzas, Brad's, pastas chicken all kinds of delicious chickens boneless and otherwise finger licking Good, it's all good right down to their meatball subs!!! And all the other sandwiches they have there I love all of it I can't get enough of it if I was richer I'd eat it every day. I think if I was rich there actually is a big enough menu to find something for each and every single day in which you would not get sick of it because you wouldn't be eating the same thing that same week I love it I can't say enough about it love it love it love it!!!

Doesn't matter what day of the week, 2+ hour delivery time. Lisa is routinely "Preparing my order" for 90 mins before it hits the oven - we regret ordering EVERYTIME - this will surely be our last

Horrible service and wait time 3 hours or more on numerous occasions. I always tip well and usually do contactless delivery. Last time there was hair all over my pizza in an amount that had to have been intentional. Absolutely disgusting and why??? I will never order from this franchise again.
