I had an awesome experience at this AT&T store. Arturo made every effort to go above and beyond to get me a new phone after mine was stolen😞. So although I came in frustrated, I left completely happy and content with a new phone and an even better deal on my phone bill then when I came in! Thank you Arturo for an awesome experience. Exceptional Customer Service!! Arturo exceeded my expectations. Traded in an old phone and upgraded to the new Samsung Galaxy ultra S22. Arturo displayed immense professionalism in answering all my questions and concerns. I highly recommend coming to the Playa Vista store for any phone related purchases. The staff was amazing and super helpful. They were really knowledgeable about the phones, and helped me pick out as well as set up my new phone. I had a lot of questions about billing and payment, which they walked through for me at my pace as well as helped me find the best payment option for me. They also just seemed like nice people. A child accidentally walked into the store and multiple staff members got up and made an effort to find the child's parent.
