The employees didn't seem to be getting along for 1. I was supposed to get and oil change and rotation. Didn't get the rotation as they claim my vehicle wouldn't start. My vehicle starts like everyone else's. They just didn't do it. Not sure why such a simple department isn't managed any better than it is. Walmart isn't anywhere close to what it once used to be. I called and spoke with them on the phone about it...they really don't care.

These guys are pretty slow. You can go in for a simple oil change with 1 person ahead of you and end up being there for a couple of hrs. Oil change only takes 20 minutes tops🤔

Literally been waiting 2 1/2 hours and my car is the only one in there. 4 or 5 guys back there and nobody is working. Still waiting on then. 2 of them are in here cussing up a storm around my 6 year old daughter

If I was you I would take your business elsewhere...the service I have received (or lack therof) was pathetic...long wait, incorrect information about why they couldn't balance my tires that was proved wrong by another tire shop in town and I've had 2 leaking oil filters from them previously. Offroad connection or Southside mechanics should be able to take care of you in a timely manner and affordable as well
I don't believe they do...i think they used to...but not anymore...in fact I don't know of anyone here in Batesville does. But that's one of the things this site is for...so I'll. look around this evening and get back with you
