We moved to the area a few years ago and began our search for a local vet in 2020/2021. We decided on Brush Run based on local community feedback. We are glad we did. No "assembly line" medicine here. Brush Run was able to solve a feline chronic ear mite issue where two other previous Vets could not, initially treating in house with a plan for a specialist if needed. Not to soon after Brush Run began seeing our cats, Elvis, one of our cats, had a diabetic emergency and had to be seen at the emergency hospital after hours. Brush Run was able to coordinate and communicate Elvis's treatment throughout the weekend. Brush Run is pretty tech savvy with text messaging, email, and a chat program to followup with after care questions. Balancing great Veterinary care with a great "bedside manner" isn't easy but these folks do it well. Simon, Sylvester, Elvis, & Furball.

Brush Run is excellent. We have been very happy with them. I do wish we could get back to appointments in exam rooms though. Sitting in the car doesn't seem like an opportunity to learn and ask questions about the pet . Hopefully soon.

Brush Run staff is excellent. They assisted when our dog started to have seizures and continued to follow up with his medication. They listen and are very attentive to our big guy, an 80+ lb labradoodle.

We've been using Brush Run for years & they're consistently great to work with. They give personalized service that makes them stand apart! We had to put our 1 dog to sleep & they sent a condolences card! Our puppy had her shots same day as 1 older dog & they called us the next day to check in with the pup! We highly recommend!
