I usually hate the process of returning items to the store, but that was not the case with this most recent return. Amanda walked me through the process and made it very easy for me to return my items stress free! I will definitely be back here in the future!

Very poor! Illogical refusal to ship package because items were “unique” even though they carried no insurable value. Drove 8 miles to FedEx, whose employees could not have been more friendly and helpful. Package sent! The one star rating here should be zero or less!!

I’ve never yet received any sort of adequate, let alone, good service at this location. The elderly lady working at the counter is condescending to say the least. I had a question about a type of shipping option that was literally ON the UPS website & before I could even finish my sentence, she rudely interrupted me & told me that they don’t offer anything like that, even when I showed it to her on the UPS website. Please, do yourself a favor, drive out of your way to go to a different location. Convenience is not worth it here.

Very rude service today. The woman behind the counter was openly condescending while a male employee waiting on another customer laughed and rolled his eyes at me... All because I misunderstood the directions for an Amazon return. It's quite unnecessary to make a customer feel dumb in front of other people for something that could have been easily and respectfully explained. I will use FedEx or USPS in the future.
