I went there today to ask about financing and fact checking on a couple cars. The guy acted like I was bothering him just by asking. I felt unwelcomed. I won't be back to bother you guys again.

This is the car dealership to visit. Leased a VW Tiguan and came back when the lease expired and leased a Taos SEL loaded. Great car. VW has the vehicles with enhanced options that crush the competition. Fair, honest, and responsible salespeople. Select Bobby who will walk you through the pros and cons, and you pick from there.

My fiancé has a Volkswagen Jetta. She went in to have it inspected and they said “everything is fine” come to find out everything wasn’t fine and they said everything was good to go. A week later her check engine light came and she took it back and they said it was fine. The light cam back on. She took it back and this time they said “oh there was no oil in your car” how does a car pass inspection with no oil. They were supposed to top it off today and let the oil run through and they didn’t they put some oil in and never let the car run the oil. My fiancé and brother in law had to tell the front desk what was going on and the girl (Chelsea) had an attitude with my brother in law. He is a mechanic so he knew what he was talking about. They’re mechanics are extremely negligent and do not care about the safety of people or cars. Do not go to here.

If I could honestly give Three Rivers VW 10 stars, I would; to say they are an amazing dealership is an understatement! I visited the dealership this week to check out their Tiguan and worked with Alex Kane. Alex was not only extremely helpful, kind, and energetic, but was never once pushy and was truly a great listener. He was so patient through all my questions and had such a positive attitude and made my car buying process so unbelievably easy. He's such a genuine salesman and I'd recommend anyone to work with him! We had lots of great conversation and it's evident he loves what he does and cares about educating customers on anything they want to know. I've had other dealership experiences in the past which made me absolutely dread buying another car again, but to be honest, I'm excited for the day I get to go back to Three Rivers VW to get another car! The atmosphere in the actual dealership is so nice- calm, not "sterile" like other car places, there was cornhole to play, and even the owners' dog comes in. Everyone in the dealership was in a good mood and it just made my experience so much better being around people who weren't miserable or trying to haggle you!! When it came time to do my finances, Seth was also amazing. He knows his stuff, didn't try to upsell me on things I didn't need, and simplified everything for me. My checkout process even went way past closing time and never once did anyone make me feel rushed to hurry up and finish the sale. Also- the warranty packages that they had available for me were great and not something I had seem at other dealerships I've been to in the past, so I'd definitely recommend anyone to check them out. Overall, I can't rate my experience here any better. You can really tell that everyone that works at Three Rivers VW really puts the customer first and makes the effort to ensure a positive impression. Buying a car is stressful, but they made it so easy for me. Even though I drove over an hour for this dealership, I'd do it anytime again just for the experience alone. Thank you to everyone here and HUGE shoutout to Alex- you're the best!!!!
