I moved in the month they opened in 2014 and like it very much. It's clean and well managed. I don't participate in any of the activities as I prefer to do things away from my residence, but I know the residence services manager has the monthly activities calendar filled. All apartments are one bedroom and have a large bedroom closet and a coat closet in the entryway. I enjoy cooking and the galley kitchen is small but has ample storage for my kitchen toys. The only small complaint I have is that the heat pump/AC is kinda noisy but it's a minor issue considering everything else. Also, the building seems well insulated so utility bills are minimal. Any time I've had a maintenance issue it's been tended to promptly. There is a bus route that goes by here with stops every hour, but without a car it could be a bit isolating. All around it's a great place to live!

I live here. There are 69 apts and no vacancies right now. It is a very quite here. But there isn't much to do. There is a theater on the 3rd floor. For the use of home movies. There is a bingo game held twice a month, and a card game held every Thursday evening. It does get rather boring during the weekends. And transportation isn't very good unless you own your own vehicle. There is a bus stop in front of the building. This place is located in Auburn, California.

The structure is new and clean, but there are many, many restrictive rules. (and this is coming from a rule follower!) If you have a dog I would strongly reccommend you seek alternative housing. They allow dogs, but they are not allowed to be in any common areas. There is not one blade of grass anywhere and absolutely no where for them to play. I'm gratefull to have a place to live, but I'll never consider it my home.

The rent is based on your income. I pay $790.00 a month, other's in the building, what I pay or it can be less? One lady lives here and she pays $250.00. All apartments in the building are the same, about 500sqft ...It is a very quite building. With a friendly atmosphere.
