DO NOT SEND ANYONE YOU LOVE HERE!!! This is a horrible traumatizing place for any child . They dont care when your kids are upset, they take everything away from you including, crayons , journaling , TV even outside . So no decompressing at all. Its dirty no visits to keep them calm n be able to finish program or no adults to see how dirty it actually is. The staff do not care about them or try and comfort them when upset from this transition. They actually said to my love one don't let the camera see you cry. I had to get my love one out early because it was so bad . Treatment was horrible, facility dirty n no one on one counseling all group . Cant go into ur room till 9 pm n only allowed in two rooms . Cafeteria and main lobby all day with nothing to do. Its the worst mistake that my love one experienced this place . RUN DONT WALK RUN FROM THIS PLACE !!
mari yea

I would give Horsham Clinic 50 stars if I could. Horsham has helped my daughter tremendously and took the time to listen to her needs and showed her they care about her mental health. Everytime I talked to my daughter, she was mostly happy, smiling, laughing, and being silly. Other times, her mood disorder would get the best of her and she struggled at times. The staff had supported her and cared for her like she was their own family. My daughter would be able to make the staff laugh and have fun during her stay. She was able to feel and be a kid again. She felt SAFE the entire time she was there. The medication treatment was amazing to where if they felt that she was not where she needed to be with her medications, they would keep trying to find the right fit. Horsham kept my daughter in treatment until they felt she was better and be able to come home. She stayed for 2 months, almost 3 months and they kept working with her to make sure she is stable enough to come home. I pray that my daughter does not have to go back to inpatient but if she needs help again, I don't want her to go anywhere else but to Horsham. I can't thank the hospital enough for what they did for her and showing the care they gave. She was blessed to have them as well as our family. Thank you so much for helping her and bringing the family back together.

This is very true.
yes there was and my blanket had dead ants in it.
Yes, that was the first place I took my son , I did not go to a regular hospital first. He knew he needed help and he signed himself in and they helped him.
We went to the emergency room first. Then they transferred to the Horsham Clinic. I think you should call them and see if you can go directly. I hope you can get the help you need.
Sexual assault and molestation are very prevalent here.
Yes, just as long as they can confirm that you are on the program.
No
Yes
Her phone is definitely taken. When i was there we got to make calls around 6 or 7 pm if people were on our approved call list
Can not condone anyone sending their child there and feel safe. We had a horrible experience and pulled our kid out after 2nd day (see review).
Yes depending on your needs.
Yes
I believe their facility in Ambler takes adults. You should give them a call to be sure.
Don't miss meetings you are there to get better.
This place saved my life,an with any other place you have to put effort into for it too help
Short Stay At Treatment?
Not sure on the couple therapy but yes on the Medicare
I am a mom and went there every day for 3 weeks to see my son , it was not a horrible environment, maybe if you are being a dificult patient ... I don't know but I have never seen anyone being treated bad. It's not a hotel, you go there to get help and when you visit you don't take anything in, that's the rules.
You can call them but I know my friend just went back within the past week and she said they told her to go right in. I would just go right in
they get an hour of school at the clinic every day
It all depends on your symptoms and condition.
No
No question is dumb. Yes you can see a therapist.
Yes, it's a non smoking facility.
Its horrible there are fights and when there is bullying the staff does nothing the food is cold and wet and they dont give u your clothes until they feel like it.
