I am a mom and went there every day for 3 weeks to see my son , it was not a horrible environment, maybe if you are being a dificult patient ... I don't know but I have never seen anyone being treated bad. It's not a hotel, you go there to get help and when you visit you don't take anything in, that's the rules.
They don't let anyone have phones in there not even parents when they come to visit so no one can take photos of the horrible environment.
