The UPS workers are not leaving the packages at the correct address, I was waiting for an important package, yesterday June 15, and I got the notification that it was delivered at 6:08pm, at my apartment, when I went out to pick up the package it was not there, I have a security camera at my door and no one from UPS left the package. The saddest part of the case is that the package contained a super important spare part of a floor sanding machine, which I sent it to be rebuilt because they no longer manufacture it. It is very important for me to recover this product, because I will not be able to buy another one in the market. I have already sent a complaint to the UPS company, since on other occasions they have left packages in the apartment behind mine. But this time I could not recover. Please take action on this case, it can not be that they continue to make incorrect deliveries, they should talk to the delivery staff of the 83704 code in Boise Idaho.

I got an estimate the day before. Took the package in the next day to ship and the package was delivered earlier than expected. Very pleased with the help. 👍

I believe so I mean they're very quick I turn in my items on a Monday and Wednesday morning they're all in Los Angeles on Wednesday morning and the UPS customer service lady told me they might be there on Thursday where a day earlier and I was totally surprised and this was just last week. so I highly recommend them and they're lot cheaper than the post office

You could go to the facility at 116 E 42nd street and ask if they have the pkg on will call. You will need your identification and the 1z tracking number
You should be able to call the building and get the info change to the correct info. They will redelivered the next day possibly the same day.

If it's over 108 inches in total diameter, unfortunately we cannot accept it at this location. If its over 108 you would have to ship it freight. For more important and a actual quote please come in during buisness hours monday-friday 10-6 and Saturday 9-12
