7/19/22 ---- back to 3 stars for now--- I'm told the shifty manager they hired finally got fired. Hope that's true, because this place was pretty awesome before that guy. I haven't been back yet, but giving them 3 stars again as I'm sure they're a lot better now. ‐-------- 10/1/21‐----- 1 star The owner, Mike Johnson, is a really nice guy. But he hired a terrible new manager at this location. The new manager is very shifty, and 3 of my packages "mysteriously" went "missing". I had been with this ups location for over 5 years, and never had any of my packages go missing until this new manager took over. I canceled my box here. If Mike gets rid of this new manager, maybe I'd come back, but until then I would highly advise avoiding this location if you value receiving your important packages. Usps had several reports of things going missing from this UPS location as of recently as well, and the neighboring businesses even have stated this ups location is now known to be notorious for people's packages going missing since they hired this new manager. Unless you bought your package through Amazon, then your money and your stuff will just be gone. Presents? Gone. EBay buys? Gone. And you're out that money permanently. Seriously, don't risk sending stuff here. To or from. I just wouldn't trust it after the experiences I've now had there. You've been warned.

The staff is amazing and helpful! I left work later than anticipated, but I had a package that needed to get shipped out. I showed up five minutes before closing time and I felt awful. They gave me a warm greeting. They didn’t rush me and emphasized that I did not inconvenience them in any way. They were all so friendly. I will continue to visit this location going forward.

Waited 25 minutes to print two pieces of paper and they couldn't figure out how to do it even though the order was accepted and ready. Just ended up eating the cost. Frustrating. Didn't know how to give a refund either.
