I found the engagement ring of my dreams all thanks to Kim! It was a bit overwhelming at first, but, Kim walked my boyfriend and I through all the sets and styles to narrow it down to the perfect setting and stone! She never made us feel rushed. Hi Laura! As other folks have mentioned, this is definitely something we can help out with! There are a few exceptions - but those cases should be fairly rare. For instance, a ring that our jewelers determine that it wouldn't be safe to resize a ring and it would have an impact on the integrity of the ring or if it's a material that cannot be resized. We hope to see you soon!
