Called them the night before and had Jeff from New flow come out the next morning. He was super nice guy and fixed the pipes under our sink in less than a hour. Jeff had all the parts right on his truck and did a great job with installation. I will definitely recommend this company and I will absolutely would use them again. 5 star!

I realize Jeff was annoyed having to come back out to my house after I arrived late due to heavy traffic. What I didn't appreciate was the foul language I heard coming from the backyard when he realized my outlet didn't work and he appeared annoyed at having to go back to his truck for an extension cord. He completed what needed to be done, clean out the j trap, and was a bit more pleasant at the end, but the foul language and gruff behavior were unacceptable, and for those reasons I will not use your company again.
