Join the world of self-service. Must check in using the kiosks. Nice enough very slow. Keep cost low with poor customer service, waste your time, not the business. Omg just bad customer service!! As I waited 50% had no clue how to use the kiosk

Wow, just my opinion, but I would avoid this office at all costs, possibly Quest in general. No one working the front desk, people just kept piling up with no one to ask anything, when I was finally seen 1/2 hr later they had none of my paperwork ready and spent 15 min looking for the fax rather than letting my Dr just send it again. Was told, by their own technician, that next time it would be faster to just go to my own doctor and not come here.

Not sure how the bad experiences occurred for others but based on my experience today it was one of the best blood draw experiences I’ve had. The receptionist was friendly and kind and the wait time after checking in was less than 10 minutes. The facility is nice and very clean. Also I had to do a 3 hour glucose test which I’ve been dreading as I have the worst tiny veins but both John and Janet are very experienced, professional and extremely kind. Each of the four blood draws I had only took one try which I’m incredibly thankful for.

I had a 7 AM appointment for lab work. The staff were on time and pleasant. I was fortunate to get Natalie to perform my tests. Even though she has only worked here for 1.5 months, her attitude, attention to the details, delicate hands and related duties were done very professionally and skillfully. Pretty happy with the entire experience there. The place is spotless clean and well maintained. Your visit goes fast if you prepare yourself and have an appointment, your drivers license, your medical insurance card(s) and log-in/register at the kiosk as soon as you arrive. Really well done this time.
