This office is horrendous at every level. The receptionists were yelling at a patient the last time I was there. Labs take forever. Billing will scam you with coding errors. Getting help is a nightmare. Dr. Baquero was a rock star here but he's moved on to clinical director and is no longer accepting patients.

The doctors are okay but the billing department is horrible!!! They will make sure you and your insurance company go broke.. On my first visit there, I got charged for a service that I never used. Took my kid for immunization and they billed the insurance for 4 vaccines instead of 3. Unbelievable!

My doctor is great! I’ve been going to her for several years. She listens to me and then discusses a plan. Lab speed has improved.

Love our doctors. Love the lab service. Rarely wait at all. We feel they give us the tests we need and referrals are also with great doctors who are experienced and responsive. Thanks UCD for your great care and concern.
