From the person checking you in who has no customer service skills rude, to the doctor and nurses that my sister has this place is awful. They do not care about the patients here. You have to wait until A patient almost dies for them to come. I’ve never experienced such bad service in my entire life. They need to be shut down. They don’t care at all. The only person who seemed to care at all was Sabrina. I believe her name was, she was the young Hispanic young lady working the floor when I was there Saturday and Sunday. I wish the health department would come in to observe

This place is awful! The case worker doesn’t care about the stresses of the family and is cold and rushes you with no answers. The nurses are nice but over loaded and no time is taken for the patient. No calls from the doctors to you and only through the nurses are updates given. I live 3hrs away and always rushed when I call for an update. FaceTime and noticed my husband was hallucinating and drifting in and out of consciousness going downhill from when he left the hospital. The nurse didn’t realize this was something wrong because they’ve been so busy they haven’t had time to take with him to get to know what he should be like. I want to move him but my insurance company won’t authorize any other place. I’m scared and stressed and no one at Vibra cares. It’s all money coming in! Don’t sent your loved one here unless you can be there everyday to help an advocate for them!
