I have lived here for almost a year now and I have loved it. Maintenance repairs are fast and staff are really nice. They also host multiple monthly events for residents that I highly recommend attending. My favorites so far have been a farmers market and a succulent workshop for finals week.

I have lived at Prime Place for about seven months now, and I love it here! From the very first time that my roommates and I toured the apartment, Kirby and the Prime Place staff have been super helpful with everything. We were all first-time renters, so we had very limited experience. But everyone at Prime Place made sure that we had everything we needed. When we moved in, we had a sink that leaked and a wobbly toilet. However, we submitted a maintenance request and they got to us the very next day and were super professional. Besides the quick maintenance requests, Prime Place does a tremendous job of interacting with their residents. Caleb, the Prime Place Life Coach, does an outstanding job of getting to know his residents and keeping us all involved. From planning gift card giveaway games, to playing volleyball at the rec, Caleb always makes sure that we stay busy and take fun study breaks. I've loved my time at Prime Place!

I LOVE this place! Kirby is amazing and has worked very closely with me to make sure things were taken care of. They are very willing to work with you on things that pop up and hardships.
