Absolutely terrible. I'm trying not to get even more upset because I feel this is a waste of my time having to put out this review. I've been waiting for a taxi for the past 2 hours. THEY'RE SO UNRELIABLE!!! MY FIRST AND LAST TIME EVER USING THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!

So like many others one here we did NOT have a good experience with this company from the representative that was unaccommodating and to the drive that almost side swiped three other vehicles. For 6 adults traveling internationally with 6 big suits cases and a luggage we were in a navigator. Two suit cases in the front seat that impaired the drives view (hence the three close calls) with all of our Carry one at our fee. Driver repeatedly asked for directions which was strange considering was are In the 21st century GPS should be available. Also the gentlemen was a nice man but could not lift our suitcases into the truck which we had to do ourselves (not to upset about). But, the final kicker was he opened the trunk of the car and a family member suitcase fell out from the tru into the floor. Multiple objects in the suit case were cracked and opened and when we called the company they had nothing to say said it was on us with the reservation but when we confirmed the day before they said we would have plenty of room. If I could give less than a one I would. Unfortunate way to starts a trip definitely would never recommend them!!!

just look at the number of 1-star reviews. although nothing else really needs to be said once you've seen that...absolutely terrible company, disorganized, unprofessional and blatantly steals money from their employees. potential customers and potential employees should stay FAR away from these crooks, there are much better and cheaper transportation companies that are happy to provide MUCH better service at a MUCH cheaper price.
